Congratulations to the state track qualifiers: (Girls) Jade Bentley–Triple Jump, 3200 M Relay; Kaylee Palmieri–800 M Run, 3200 M Relay; Maliyah Rivera–3200 M Relay; Miranda Smith–High Jump, 3200 M Relay; Parker Kenton–(alternate) 3200 M Relay; (Boys) Nathan Holcomb–1600 M Run and 3200 M Run! The state meet is held at Burke Stadium in Omaha on Friday and Saturday, May 19-20. Class C begins Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. and continues on Saturday. Congratulations to the Gibbon (Avi, Anayeli, Marina, and Fatima) and Kearney Catholic girls soccer team for defeating Waverly in the sub-state game on Saturday by a score of 2-0! With the win, the team qualified for the State Soccer Championships as the 7th seed. The game will be played at Creighton University – Morrison Stadium on Friday May 12, at 3:00 pm versus Columbus Scotus. Congratulations and good luck, girls!

The Lou-Platte Conference boys and girls basketball semi-finals and finals will be livestreamed Thursday-Saturday, February 2-4. You may access the livestream link by clicking here–LPC Conference Tournament. Games begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday-Friday and 2:00 pm on Saturday.

Students are reminded that Gibbon athletic passes will NOT be allowed for admission to any conference tournament games including the games Gibbon hosts on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Students must pay admission.
